Re: TatungEinstein.co.uk
Excellent News, glad to hear he is OK and still enjoying the Einstein.
For years (before this forum) his website was the only real resource for Einstein information.

Re: Print text at X,Y in assembly language
I found the scratchpad definitions in the Einstein Compendium here: "https://mikesretrotech.co.uk/userfiles/ ... n/manuals/".
I could have sworn that I had once read a list of them in a Magazine with better descriptions of them all but now I cant locate them at all.

That would still be better than nothing, I am tempted to recreate it in Libreoffice & make a PDF out of it once to manage to get any scanning/photographing done..

Re: Einstein Assembly Language Course book - anyone bidding?
Thats understandable, Its just a shame that there isnt much Einstein specific assembly language books/tutorial available. I might have a look at converting some of the MSX examples from chibiakumas to run on the Einstein.

Re: MAME: Einstein Emulation
I now see you've mentioned this a couple of times in this thread. It was not known to any developers, and should've been submitted as a bug years ago. I should have known better and reported the fault when i saw it, thinking that would have already reported it is a stupid thought. Especially since ...

Re: MAME: Einstein Emulation
Any basic program should be able to be run with "xbas menu" (to load menu.xbs) command. Try the Apollo 11 disk as an example. In 0.191 it runs the menu in later version you get a "No File Error in 0" error. I thought that this was well known - Gamebase has had a workaround for quite a while (they ju...
