Re: Joystick

Do you have a schematic of how have you rewired the connector?. Looking at both pinouts, they're slightly different (what's that VREF pin?)

Re: Joystick

Anyway, yours seems to be a different kind of adapter as you have used a PC analog joystick, not an Atari one. Are the PC analog joysticks really compatible with the input signals needed for the Einstein!, that's new to me!...and pretty exciting too, PC items are way cheap than the original ones.

Re: Joystick

If it's the Atari to Tatung joysticks adapter, IIRC the schematic appeared in "Einstein Monthly"; but can't remember the exact issue... Re: DSK tool

Interrupts.png Obviously the Einstein was conceived as a bussiness machine... ...but seems that people at Tangerine made the same mistake with the Oric :) Yep, my first approach was also to poll the interrupt bit of the VDP; but I was curious about the interrupts framework of the Einstein...

1-bit sound

I'm looking for info about the Einstein capabilities regarding the 1-bit sound generation. I mean, machines capable of that are simply toggling the value of a port that makes a speaker emit a basic "beep", varying the toggling speed you can modulate the sound being emitted. A well-known example is t...

Re: Are Einsteins becoming popular?

/me likes the MegaPC and the Tatung :D

What's under the C128D?

Yep, the prices are getting higher and higher everyday. The TCS256 is also really expensive...and scarce.

So just to be sure, in FF.CFG, host variable is set to "unspecified"?
