Re: Portable Tatung Einstein Emulation

HHmmm Sadly, Putting the .NDS file and the coleco.rom file in the root of the SD card makes no difference. It does not appear in the list of available games or applications. It must be something to do with the M3 card. I will see if I can find an R4 card lying about somewhere and try that. Thanks an...

Re: Portable Tatung Einstein Emulation

Right ... Got my DSLite up and running. It has an M3 cart with microSD inserted. Downloaded the ColecoDS.nds file from github Put ColecoDS in its own folder on the SDcard root and added einstein.rom and coleco.rom and a couple of .dsk files For some reason I cannot see the ColecoDS.NDS file in the l...

Re: Portable Tatung Einstein Emulation

I am always trying to add new things to the web site file store, as and when i find them. Hopefully more things coming in the future. I have lots of 80 track Double Sided 5.25" floppy discs that I need to image, but Mame does not support this format on Einstein emulation, even when running System 80...

Re: Portable Tatung Einstein Emulation

I could never get the writes to work in Mame/Mess so its no user error :D This might give me more of a chance to do some basic code again and save to disc, even if the screen is a lot smaller. Now my real machine is sold, I need proper working emulation that can handle everything I want, and this se...

It still all has to go!

So ... The hardware has been sold off, but there are still some bits left.

--This is what is available

Nowt. I am putting it all on eBay individually and taking the extorsionate fee hit, just to get it all out of the house.

A lot of stuff has sold already - the original discs seems popular :D

Re: Einstein Assembly Language Course book - anyone bidding?

Oh, that would be good. Not into Assembler myself, so have been looking at converting old C code to Z88dk. Console output only seems to work really well.

Re: Einstein Assembly Language Course book - anyone bidding?

Not that I am aware, but out of all my Einstein collection, this is one of the books I will never sell as it has the disc with it in the nice shiny foldy box type thing! If I get some time I might try and scan it, but there are a lot of pages and I don't want to damage the spine by rushing a quick s...

Something new

While I was on holiday over the last 2 weeks I had a go at some more z88dk coding. Here is my initial try at a ZX Spectrum Screen$ (.scr file) load and display. Bionic commando load screen.png Still need to work out the colours, but it loads in thirds just like the original speccy. Having now sold m...
