Hi all, My physical Einstein collection needs to be sold as we are moving house and I will have no where to store my retro computers. A sad occurance, but our future looks exciting and brighter in the decision we are making :D So ... I have some boxed games that I need to shift. Wanted to offer them...

Re: Fade to grey
Quick update on this old post. I have added the customised video circuit that I got in a haul a while ago and the grey screen has gone away. Yay! Back to the normal blue background now with a 5v feed to the middle pin on the RGB socket too. Trying to get a scart cable sorted, but can run off the RF ...

As I said, I just find them. What other people do with them is not my problem :D  See, I absolve...

Re: Unpublished Einstein Software
Thanks for making all these available. I'm surprised that unreleased stuff is still being found, great work! I presume there's no objection to adding these to the MAME software lists, to make them more accessible? Should I credit anyone for the contribution? I am just finding these every now and ag...

Einstein Games List
The games list from Einstein Reborn and from B&H's web site include the same titles (In fact, Mario has a couple that are not listed by B&H) On my server, in the games folder you will now find a separate folder for each game listed in both of the above lists. https://mikesretrotech.co.uk/userfiles/t...

Re: Unpublished Einstein Software
Found another unreleased title. This time actually by Ocean! Not listed on Wikipedia and I can find no other reference to it online. Hunchback and it plays the same as the ZX Spectrum version. I will upload to my server and add the link when I get chance tonight. You can see it running here under Ma...

Re: 1-bit sound
I have been looking more into sound generation on the Einstein quite a bt recently. Started off using the PT3 player by sirmorris, which is written in z80 assembler and requires BRASS on the PC to compile. This works well, but z80 ASM is not something I am looking to get into so I began investigatin...
